Women Growing as Leaders and Disciple-Makers

In Tinga, Kenya, women are being equipped to become strong biblical leaders—not only for today but for generations to come.

Through our Women Discipleship and Leadership Development program, women from multiple churches gathered to continue their three-year journey of studying Scripture, growing in their faith, and learning how to disciple others. During the June training, participants explored the person of Christ, the work of the Holy Spirit, the purpose of the Church, and foundational biblical doctrine that will strengthen both their personal faith and their ministry.

What makes this training especially encouraging is that the lessons aren't staying in the classroom—they're changing everyday life. One participant shared that she began gathering her children and grandchildren each evening for prayer and fellowship after the previous training. Another testified that starting each day with prayer has transformed not only her spiritual life but even the way she approaches her business.

More women continue to join the program, and even teenage girls who attended during their school break asked for a conference designed specifically for them. The growing excitement for biblical teaching is a reminder that when women are equipped with God's Word, they become catalysts for lasting change in their homes, churches, and communities.
