The Multiplying Impact
In May, Elie Noheli, our ALARM-Rwanda field partner, visited a small group that one of the Eastern Trainers of Trainers (TOTs) formed. This group is comprised of 23 members who are all genocide survivors.
As this group meets together, they encourage one another as they find hope and healing. Together, they are sharing their stories and healing from their emotional and physical wounds.
This group also is collectively generating income through improving their agricultural activities.
This is what our work is all about.
When one woman is empowered, everyone around her benefits.
The work of Rise Up is multiplying through local leaders.
