Food Relief

In May, the Northern part of Rwanda experienced heavy rains causing massive floods and mudslides, resulting in hundreds of deaths and destroying thousands of homes and crops. We couldn’t ignore this news because many women who are part of the Northern Regional WLTI have been impacted by the devastation.

We had to do something.

Thanks to Mercy Road Church - Northeast and a matching grant from a generous donor, we sent relief funds that provided 67 women and their families with rice, beans, maize, and cooking oil.
