Rooted Leaders
In the heart of Kajiado County, Kenya, something powerful is taking root.
Women from across denominations and generations are stepping into a deeper understanding of their faith—and embracing their role as leaders who will shape what comes next.
Through the Women Discipleship and Leadership Development training, over 50 women gathered in Tinga with a shared hunger: to know God more deeply and to lead others with clarity and conviction. What they stepped into was not just a training, but the beginning of a three-year journey to disciple generations.
As they explored foundational truths of Scripture—who God is, who we are, and what we believe—the message was clear: what we believe shapes how we live. And in a world where confusion, misinterpretation, and competing voices are rising, this kind of grounding matters more than ever.
Together, they wrestled with real challenges facing the Church today—from generational gaps in families to the influence of culture and technology on young people. These weren’t distant issues; they were personal, present, and urgent. And these women are choosing to step into them with truth.
What stood out most wasn’t just the content—it was the response.
Women stayed late, asked questions, leaned in. Some traveled daily just to return again the next morning. Across ages and backgrounds, a spirit of eagerness and unity filled the room.
Mentorship began to form naturally, with older and younger women learning side by side.
This is how transformation begins.
Not in large moments alone, but in steady, faithful investment—building strong foundations, raising up leaders, and preparing women to disciple others in their homes, churches, and communities.
And this is only the beginning.
As the journey continues in the months ahead, these women are not just gaining knowledge—they are becoming anchors of truth for the next generation.
