Celebrating Women

On March 8th, Rise Up hosted an event celebrating the advances of women globally while acknowledging the challenges and obstacles many still face. What a gift to come together to highlight the work we are doing to encourage, equip, and empower women and girls worldwide.

On this special evening, three Rise Up field partners joined Corinne to discuss the challenges women and girls face globally and how our collaborative work is addressing some of these obstacles. Plus, Sarah Scharbrough Mclaughlin joined us and performed a few of her original songs.

A highlight of our evening was seeing our friends and partners mingle and share stories.
