Follow Up In the Maasai Community

Since January 2023, two Women’s Leadership Trainings (WLTs) have been held in the Maasai community. On August 5th, our field partners conducted a follow-up to evaluate the impact of the training on their respective churches and communities.

This follow-up was designed to evaluate impact, identify challenges, plan for future training modules, and continue building relationships with the community.

60 women came together to share their experiences and learnings. This included 10 of the Women’s Leadership Training participants with 50 women from their respective communities they are pouring into.

When you invest in leaders the impact multiplies!

One of the pastors in the community said:

I am thankful for the training you have been giving the women. My wife, who always attends the training is a changed woman. She is more informed and able to teach Biblical matters. I always borrow her training manuals for personal study, Bible study, and even when preparing for preaching. This training is so helpful to the women, and we have also benefited individually as Pastors.
