IWE Renovations!

In August, we were excited to visit the Institute of Women for Excellence (IWE) and see the new renovations and curriculum!

Thanks to Mercy Road Northeast, the school has new and improved restrooms, providing the girls a safe and dignifying space. The faculty enjoyed showing off the new textbooks and gave us a tour of the entire compound. From new and improved restrooms to an updated kitchen and dining hall, the school has made significant improvements!

The faculty shared how impactful these renovations are for the students and said the parents are eager to send their girls back to school. The parents even plan to encourage their friends and family to send their girls to IWE. More students means further steps towards self-sustainability!
